Payment
Payment can be made by Paypal or banktransfer (EU customers only). Payment is expected within five days after purchase.
Shipping
International registered and insured shipping is USD 35, flat rate. Shipping for orders over 150 USD is free. Orders will be shipped on Mondays and Fridays. Delivery time for packages to Europe: 1 to 4 working days; delivery time for packages to the rest of the world: 5 to 10 working days
Returns
All sales are final unless the wrong item was shipped. If you receive the wrong item please contact us within 5 working days. No returns after 5 days of receipt date.
Damages
We are not responsible for the items that are damaged during shipment. We make sure to pack your order with special care. Don’t accept packages which are damaged or open.
Taxes
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
